Performance & Termination Policy

Initial Evaluation Period (First 3 Months):

Within the first 3 months, any performance-related concerns may result in immediate termination of the resource **without notice**.

Post-Evaluation Period (After 3 Months):

After 3 months, both employee and employer will be required to honor a mutually agreed **notice period** in accordance with Indian labor regulations.
